A deer (Capreolus capreolus) fouraging in the evening light. The Roe deer is the smallest deer in Europe. They are quite common in Denmark, and even though they are shy, it is not uncommon to spot them in the far end of a field. To get closer can before of a challenge , but it isn’t impossible.
