Sabir Restaurant – Postcards from Cyprus pt. II

I just had an amazing week in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. For once I decided to not bring any camera and instead try to “survive” with only my iPhone while using Snapseed for editing, a combination I have used several times before.

This picture is not from Ayia Napa, but from Nicosia, after crossing the border to briefly visit the part of the city that belongs to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Big boy!

Earlier this year I was lucky enough to drive by the protected nature habitat Tofte Skov, which is only available to the public on a few guided bus tours every year.

This day, as I drove past, a group of 8-10 European Wisents were grassing just inside the fence, so obviously I had to throw the car to the side of the road, get my camera and see if I could get a few pictures of the herd.

I was lucky to have about 30 minutes with the herd before they moved into the closed area and out of sight.
