We actually don’t have a lot of abandoned, trashed building in Aalborg, but this one has been left to itself for many years and the years (and the trespassers) hasn’t been nice to it.
Vampires in the air
Found this nice shot of two de Havilland DH100 Vampires at Danish Airshow, back in 2018.
It was the last time the Danish Airshow were hosted at Flyvestation Aalborg. Then we had that little pandemic thing and after that the war in Ukraine forced the Royal Danish Airforce to prioritize other activities.
But it seems like it will return to Aalborg in 2026. I sure hope so.
