One of the many amazing costumes on display at Aalborg International Carnival Parade 2024. Unfortunately it seems like this might have been the last Parade, at least in the current form.
I sure hope the City Council in Aalborg finds a way to make a new Carnival Parade reality in 2025 as well.
I have been using the EF 24-105mm L as my goto lens for years, but after my recent trip to London I decided that even though it was an amazing lens, it was time to replace it with the RF equivalent. For some reason I always end up buying new lenses when it is most dark outside..
Anyways, this is the first photo I post, taken with the new lens and it seems to be just as amazing as the EF version. The design is sleek and modern, and I don’t need the EF-RF adapter anymore. Only downside is that the material used on the RF version has a more plastic-y finish. Still I am sure it is going to serve me well.

The London Eye seen through my good old Lensbaby Edge 50.
It looks really flimsy until you get closer. And the view from the wheel is amazing.
The Shard seen from the opposite side of the Thames. Even from here it is an impressive needle reaching for the sky.
